"Zu" (足), foot; "lin" (臨), facing or overlooking from high; "qi" (泣), tearing or weeping. Corresponds to Toulinqi (GB15) on head, treating head and eye disorders. To distinguish it from the homonymous point on head (Toulinqi), Shengji Zonglu added "Zu" (足, foot) to its name.
