[Anatomy]
- Muscles: the anterior edge of the stop of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, the lower edge of the posterior belly of the digastric muscle.

[Manipulation]
Lie on your back with your shoulders elevated to fully expose your neck. First, use your left hand to feel the pulse position of the blood vessel, insert the needle between the inner edge of the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the blood vessel, and slowly insert 1 to 2 inches backward, inward, and upward at an angle of 40°. Direct moxibustion is prohibited and warm moxibustion with moxa sticks should be performed for 10 to 15 minutes.
