This point is an external point found in the meridian. It is a commonly used acupuncture point. Its location is on the inner side of the calf, so it is called internal numbness point.

On the inner side of the calf, at the midpoint between the line between the medial condyle of the tibia and the high point of the medial malleolus, about one transverse finger behind the inner edge of the tibia.
