Second, second, second; Liao, also known as 窭, bone hole. The point is the second posterior sacral foramen, located under Shangliao (BL31), second to Baliao point, hence its name.

Sacral part, about 1 cun below the posterior superior iliac spine, suitable for the depression of the second posterior sacral foramen, and externally flush with Pangguangshu (BL28).

• Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "In the second sky, the hero is the one with the spine."
• Yixue Rumen: "Yu Sanliao ( Second, middle, Xialiao (BL34) ) is less inclined, wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. "

Directly opposite the posterior sacral foramen perpendicular insertion or slightly downward oblique insertion 1 to 2 cun. It should not be too deep to avoid passing through the sacral hole and injuring the rectum and bladder. Moxibustion with moxa cone 3 to 7 times, moxibustion with moxa stick for 10 to 15 minutes.

Manage the lower jiao and strengthen the waist and knees.
