Qiuxu (GB40) acupoint

On the dorsum of foot, anterior and inferior to external malleolus, lateral to extensor digitorum longus tendon, in the depression between talus and calcaneus joints.
- Xunjing Kaoxue Bian: "In the bone gap three fen anterior and slightly inferior to the tip of malleolus, opposite Shangqiu (SP5)";
- Lingshu‧Benshu: "Anterior and inferior to external malleolus, in the depression";
- Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "One cun away from Linqi (GB41)";
- Beiji Qianjin Yaofang‧ corrects this to "three cun".
