[Origin]
The sky refers to the high place; the well refers to the high places around and the low place in the middle. It burrows in the upper arm, above Zhoujian (EX-UE1), in the depression of the olecranon fossa of the humerus, hence its name.

Zhoujian (EX-UE1) goes straight to the depression one inch above, which is the olecranon fossa of the humerus.

- Muscle: Triceps brachii.
- Nerve: Posterior brachial cutaneous nerve, muscular branch of radial nerve.
- Vessel: elbow joint arterial and venous network.
[Manipulation]
Perpendicular insertion 0.5~1 inch. moxa cone moxibustion 3 to 7 strong, moxa stick warm moxibustion for 5 to 15 minutes.
[Efficacy]
dispersing wind, clearing away heat and eliminating knots.
- Classical: headache, red eyes, deafness, pharyngitis, scrofula, sores, urticaria, epilepsy, palpitations, chest impediment, heart pain, cough, pus in saliva, choking, regurgitation, Neck, shoulder and back pain, arm wilting impediment, elbow pain causing the shoulder to be unable to bend or extend.
