On lateral side of distal segment of little toe, approximately 0.1 cun from corner of toenail.
- Lingshu-Benshu: "At tip of little toe";
- Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "On lateral side of little toe, a leek-leaf distance from toenail." In other words, it is located in the depression 0.1 cun posterior to lateral corner of little toenail.

- Modern: abnormal fetal position, prolonged labor, retained placenta.
