【Origin】
Literal meaning "bladder's vitals". Cell, that is, bladder, refers to bladder; bladder means "membrane". The point is next to Pangguangshu (BL28), hence the name.
【Location】
Buttocks, 3 cun lateral to the middle sacral crest, level with the 2nd posterior sacral foramen (
Ciliao (BL32)) and the lower part of the 19th vertebra.
- Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "In the area where there is a three-inch depression on each side of the 19th vertebrae."
【Anatomy】
- Muscles: gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, gluteus minimus.
- Nerve: the gluteal epithelial nerve, and the deep layer is the superior gluteal nerve.
- Vessels: Superior gluteal artery and vein.
【Manipulation】
Perpendicular insertion 1 to 3 inches. moxa cone moxibustion 3 to 7 weeks, moxa stick warm moxibustion for 10 to 15 minutes.

Facilitates urination and defecation.
- Classical: low back pain, abdominal distension and fullness, ischuria, bowel sounds, constipation.
- Modern: gluteal epithelial neuralgia, lower limb paralysis.
