[Origin]
Front, front; valley, valley. It lives in the depression in front of this section of the little finger, hence its name.

Qiangu (SI2) acupoint

On the ulnar side of the little finger, at the red-white flesh border in front of this section of the little finger (5th metacarpophalangeal joint). When making a fist, the palm of the hand is at the ulnar end of the horizontal stripe.
- Lingshu‧Benshu: "On the outside of the hand, the one who falls in front of this section is also in the middle";

[Anatomy]
- Nerve: the palmar proper nerve of the ulnar nerve and the dorsal digital nerve.

[Manipulation]
Perpendicular insertion 0.3~0.5 inches to the palm side. moxa cone moxibustion 3 to 5 times, moxa stick warm moxibustion for 10 to 15 minutes.

It clears away heat, stimulates orifices and relaxes muscles.
- Classical: cough, chest fullness, pain in the elbow, arm and wrist, elbow spasm, headache, swollen neck and strong neck, swollen throat, sore eyes with tearing eyes, no breasts in postpartum women, Rebing Inability to sweat, epilepsy, malaria, tinnitus, eye nebula, epistaxis, stuffy nose, yellow discharge, swollen jaw, pharyngitis, cramps, red and difficult urination, itchy or painful fingers, acute mastitis.
