[Origin]

Tong, Tongda; Li, Xuli, refers to the heart. The acupoint belongs to hand lesser yin heart meridian (HT), which corresponds to the heart, hence the name.

Polar side of forearm, transverse wrist creases (Shenmen (HT7) ) 1 cun superior, in the depression at the radial edge of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, 5 minutes inferior to Lingdao (HT4).
  • Lingshu‧Jingmai: "Take it one inch from the palm of your hand";
  • Xunjing Kaoxue Bian: "Dui Gu ACU> Straight one inch, inside the bones and outside the big tendons: one inch behind Shenmen (HT7)."

[Anatomy]

  • Muscle: Between the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon and the flexor digitorum superficialis muscle, the deep layer is the flexor digitorum profundus muscle.
  • Nerve: The medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm, and the ulnar nerve on the ulnar side.
  • Vessel: ulnar artery.

[Manipulation]

Perpendicular insertion 0.3~0.5 inches. moxa cone moxibustion 1 to 3 times, moxa stick warm moxibustion for 3 to 5 minutes.

[Efficacy]

Peace of mind and mind, extinguishing wind and camp.

  • Classical: headache, dizziness, Rebing, palpitation, severe palpitation, strong tongue, pharyngitis, elbow and arm pain, wrist pain, hypermenorrhea, enuresis, visceral agitation (hysteria), metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.
