Geguan (BL46) acupoint

3 cun below the spinous process of the 7th thoracic vertebra (Zhiyang (GV9)) on the back. Internally it is with Geshu (BL17), and externally it is level with the lower angle of the scapula.
- Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "In the area where there is a three-cun depression on each side of the seventh vertebra".

- Muscles: latissimus dorsi, iliocostalis (the lungs are inside the chest).
- Nerve: Lateral branch of the posterior branch of the sixth and seventh thoracic nerves.
- Vessels: dorsal branches of the seventh intercostal artery and vein.

oblique insertion 0.5~0.8 cun. It should not be too deep to avoid accidentally entering the chest and injuring the lungs. Moxibustion with moxa cone 3 to 5 times, moxibustion with moxa stick for 10 to 15 minutes.
