- Muscle: Origin of gluteus maximus.
- Nerve: posterior branch of the third sacral nerve.
- Vessels: posterior branches of lateral sacral artery and vein.

Directly opposite the posterior sacral foramen perpendicular insertion or slightly upward oblique insertion 1 to 2 cun. It should not be too deep to avoid passing through the sacral hole and injuring the rectum and bladder. Moxibustion with moxa cone 3 to 7 times, moxibustion with moxa stick for 10 to 15 minutes.
