This product is the nearly mature fruit or mature fruit of the evergreen vine Pepper Fruit of the Pepper Fruit family. Mainly produced in Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and other places. From late autumn to the following spring, harvest the fruit when it is dark green, and dry it in the sun to become a black Pepper Fruit; harvest it when the fruit turns red, soak it in water, wipe off the pulp, and dry it in the sun to become a white Pepper Fruit. Use raw, break into pieces when used.
