[Prescription]

This prescription is caused by dampness damage caused by cold-dampness on the pulse. Jingui Yaolue is called "cold-dampness lumbago syndrome", so it is also called cold-dampness lumbago soup. Cold-dampness attacks the veins, and if left unchecked, the patient will feel cold and heavy. The evil of cold-dampness does not reach the kidneys, but is located in the muscles, which transport water and dampness. Therefore, treatment is not based on the kidneys, but mainly warms the spleen to eliminate dampness to relieve pain. Dried Ginger and Liquorice Root are used in the prescription to warm the spleen, dispel cold and harmonize the central nervous system; Poria and White Atractylodes Rhizome Strengthens the spleen and removes dampness. When the four medicines are used in combination, the cold will be removed and the dampness will be transformed, and all symptoms will be resolved by themselves.
