[Efficacy]

invigorating blood and resolving stasis, warming meridian and dissipating cold, tonifying qi nourishing blood.

[Indications]

Chong and Ren are deficient and cold, syndrome/pattern of blood stasis obstruction and stagnation. Metrostaxis persists, menstrual irregularities, either before or after, or lasts longer than the period, or resumes after one month, or does not stop, but delayed onset of heat, palms of hands, abdominal pain, abdominal distension and fullness. It also treats women with cold uterus and long-term infertility.

[Prescription]

This prescription was originally used to treat symptoms of metrostaxis caused by Chong and Ren deficiency and cold, static blood internal obstruction, and later became an essential prescription for treating menstrual irregularities. Chong and Ren are deficient and cold, so there is cold pain in the lower abdomen; dampness turbidity means downward infiltration, so leukorrhea means continuous; static blood means internal resistance, and the blood circulation loses its normal state, so it is metrostaxis loss of blood, or menstrual irregularities; static blood means new blood if it is not removed. When all the medicines are used together, they have the effect of harmonizing Chong and Ren, warming and unblocking meridians and vessels, nourishing blood and removing blood stasis.
