[Efficacy]

Invigorating blood and resolving stasis, dispersing wind, dehumidification, numbness and pain relief.

[Indications]

Qi blood stasis refers to shoulder and arm pain, waist and leg pain, or muscle and joint pain all over the body caused by obstruction of the meridians. The pain is localized. The tongue texture is dark purple or has petechiae, and the pulse is heavy and stringy.

[Prescription]

If dysmenorrheal paralysis does not heal for a long time, Qi and blood will not flow smoothly, and it is most likely to cause static blood to stagnate, so the limbs and joints will become more painful when pressed, and the lips and tongue will become purple. Use Peach Kernel, Carthamus, Chinese Angelica, Sichuan Lovage Rhizome, myrrh invigorating blood and resolving stasis pain relief; Trogopterus Dung, Earthworm dispelling stasis to unblock collaterals; Gentian, Notopterygium removes wind-dampness from the whole body; Cyperus regulates qi and relieving pain; Twotooth Achyranthes Root strengthens muscles and bones; Liquorice Root Harmonize all medicines.   1. Neuralgia arthralgia belongs to blood stasis and qi stagnation.

[Addition and subtraction]

  1. For those who prefer the upper limbs: add Turmeric, Saposhnikovia Root, Cinnamon Twig.
  2. For those who prefer waist and legs: add Pubescent Angelica, Chuan Duan, Twotooth Achyranthes Root, Chinese Taxillus Herb.
  3. Patients with migraine pain: Add Saposhnikovia Root.
