In 1689, three volumes of Suwen Lingshu Leizuan Yuezhu were completed. In 1692, he compiled a collection of seven-character poems called Tangtou Gejue into one volume. The book's explanations are concise and easy to memorize. In 1694, 400 commonly used medicines were selected from various materia medica and compiled into 4 volumes of Bencao Beiyao, which provided the medical community with a concise and practical reading of medicines.
