【Location】

【Anatomy】

In the flexor digitorum brevis and longus tendons; there are plantar arteries and veins; and the intrinsic plantar nerve of the toe is covered with the medial plantar nerve.

【Manipulation】

Perpendicular insertion 0.1～0.2 inches.

【Efficacy】
