[Origin]

The original name of the astrology. Tian refers to the high part; Chong refers to the thoroughfare, which refers to the channel of qi and blood in the head. Acupoint refers to the upper part of the head, hence the name.

• Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "On the ear as (slightly) the first three points";
