Tarsus generally refers to the end of a strip. It burrows on the outer edge of the Achilles tendon, hence its name. Because the point is "in front of Taiyang (EX-HN5) and behind Shaoyang" and is attached to the Yang pulse, it is also called "Fuyang" (Suwen-Qixue Lun Wang Bing's notes).
