Liao is also used as a hole in a bone. The point is located at the fourth posterior sacral foramen, which should be at the bottom of the Baliao point, hence its name.

• Muscle: Origin of gluteus maximus.
• Nerve: posterior branch of the fourth sacral nerve.
• Vessels: branches of the inferior gluteal artery and vein.

Directly opposite the posterior sacral foramen perpendicular insertion or slightly upward oblique insertion 1 to 2 cun, not too deep to avoid passing through the sacral foramen and injuring the rectum and bladder. Moxibustion with moxa cone 3 to 7 times, moxibustion with moxa stick for 10 to 15 minutes.

Manage the lower jiao and strengthen the waist and legs.

• Classical: Lumbago, abdominal pain, bowel sounds, diarrhea, hematochezia, itching and pain in the vagina, turbid stranguria in women, red leucorrhea.
