Jianzhongshu (SI15) acupoint

On the back, 2 cun lateral to the spinous process of the 7th cervical vertebra (
Dazhui (GV14)).
- Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "Located on the inner side of scapula, 2 cun from the spine, in a depression";
- Xunjing Kaoxue Bian: "It should be 2 cun lateral to Dazhui (GV14)".

- Muscles: the superficial layer is trapezius muscle, the deep layer are levator scapulae muscle and transverse process end of first thoracic vertebra.
- Nerves: medial branch of posterior branch of first thoracic nerve, accessory nerve, and the deep layer is dorsal scapular nerve.
- Vessels: the deep layers are branches of transverse cervical artery and vein.

Perpendicular or oblique insertion 0.5~0.8 cun. Exercise caution to avoid deep insertion, as it may injure the lung and cause pneumothorax. Moxibustion with moxa cone 3 to 10 minutes, moxibustion with moxa stick for 10 to 15 minutes.

Diffuse lung to downbear counterflow.
- Classical: cough, asthma, spitting of blood, blurred vision, shoulder and back pain, chills and fever, infantile malnutrition with accumulation.
