[Origin]
The cave is located on the back of the shoulder, closer to the longitudinal axis (midline) of the human body compared to Jianwaishu (SI14), hence the name.

Back, 2 inches below the spinous process of the 7th cervical vertebra (
Dazhui (GV14)).
- Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing: "The inner part of the shoulder armor is clean, and the spine is two inches deep."
- Xunjing Kaoxue Bian: " It should be Dazhui (GV14) two inches away."
[Anatomy]
- Muscles: The superficial layer is the trapezius muscle, the deep layer is the levator scapulae muscle, and the transverse process end of the first thoracic vertebra.
- Nerves: medial branch of the posterior branch of the first thoracic nerve, accessory nerve, and the deep layer is the dorsal scapular nerve.
- Vessels: The deep layers are branches of the transverse cervical artery and vein.
[Manipulation]
Perpendicular insertion or oblique insertion 0.5~0.8 inches. Be careful not to puncture deeply to avoid injuring the lungs and causing pneumothorax. moxa cone moxibustion 3 to 10 minutes, moxa stick warm moxibustion for 10 to 15 minutes.
[Efficacy]
diffusing the lung to downbear counterflow.
- Classical: cough, asthma, bloody saliva, blurred vision, shoulder and back pain, Hanre, infantile mastitis.
- Modern: Bronchitis, Laozhen, cervical spondylosis, bronchiectasis.

- Suprascapular neuralgia: Jianzhongshu (SI15), Quyuan (SI13), Naohui (TE13), Shaohai (HT3) or Jianzhongshu (SI15), Dazhu (BL11), Jianwaishu (SI14).
- Bronchitis: Jianzhongshu (SI15), Feishu (BL13), Neiguan (PC6), Zusanli (ST36).
- Shoulder and back pain: Jianzhongshu (SI15), Dazhui (GV14), Jianjing (GB21), Zhigou (TE6) .
- Bronchiectasis: Jianzhongshu (SI15), Shenzhu (GV12), Zhiyang (GV9), Kongzui (LU6).
