For acute heat stranguria, use Lygodium Spore powder, Liquorice Root decoction to take it; for blood stranguria, combine with Achyranthes Root, amber, Small Thistle, etc.; for urolithic stranguria, combine with Chicken's Gizzard-Skin, Talc, Christina Loosestrife, etc.; for chylous stranguria, often use with Hypoglaucous Yam, Talc, etc.
