Grind the ingredients into a very fine powder and store in a porcelain jar. For wet sores, apply the powder directly. For dry sores, mix with pig bile and apply once daily for three consecutive days, and the sores will dry up and heal.

The syphilitic skin lesion has been treated with oral medication, the base is no longer red, and the severity of the sore has diminished.
