Take 15 grams of the above finely chewed ingredients, add 300 ml of water, 3 slices of fresh ginger, and 3 large Chinese dates. Boil until reduced to 200 ml, remove the dregs, and administer while warm. Reduce the dosage by half for the elderly, weak, and children.
