First, soak frankincense, myrrh, dragon's blood, and pseudoginseng in sesame oil, then simmer over low heat for two hours. After that, switch to high heat and boil until the herbs are dry. Remove the dregs and filter the liquid through gauze. Boil the filtered liquid again until it becomes thick like honey and emits white smoke. Add red lead and continue boiling until a drop of the liquid forms a pearl-like bead in water. After removing from heat, add borneol and camphor, mix well, and spread onto medicated plaster paper. Apply externally to the affected area.
