Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with honey to form a paste. Identify the head of the sore, prick it with a small needle, apply a small amount of the medicine on a piece of paper, and place it on the affected area. The next day, the pus will naturally discharge. If there is a lump under the armpit, known as a hidden boil, or if there is a wandering lump, prick the swollen area with a needle as described above.

For all malignant sores, swollen nodules with red halos, or those that have already formed pus but are unwilling to use needles to drain the pus, this medicine can be used as a substitute.
