Grind into a fine powder, mix with the previous two ingredients, refine with honey, and pound in a mortar to form pills as big as a phoenix tree seed. Initially take 10 pills, taken with ginger and tangerine peel decoction before meals, twice daily. If ineffective, increase to 20-30 pills, adjusting until the desired effect is achieved.
