If there is thirst without sweating, it indicates heat entering the Yangming fu organ, and Anemarrhena should be added. If there is spontaneous sweating with thirst, add Gypsum and Ginseng. If there is spontaneous sweating without thirst, it is Yangming channel apoplexy; remove cultivated purple perilla leaf and add Cinnamon Twig.
