Decoct with 300 ml of water until reduced to 210 ml, and take before meals.

For steaming bone fever with profuse sweating, add 4.5g of Chinese Wolfberry Root-bark; for severe heat with thirst or headache, add 3-9g of Gypsum; for lower heat with difficult urination, add 3-6g of Akebia Stem. Alternatively, add Phellodendron Bark and Gardenia; if accompanied by external pathogenic fever, add 3-6g of Bupleurum.
