Cut the above ingredients into slices. Except for the 4 ingredients, soak the remaining herbs in 2.5 kilograms of sesame oil (three days in spring, five days in summer, seven days in autumn, and ten days in winter). After soaking, boil the mixture over mulberry wood fire until the herbs are withered, then filter through fine silk. For each use, take 500 grams of clean oil into a pot, add 360 grams of refined lead oxide, and stir with a locust branch. When the paste is ready, remove from heat, gradually add slices of asafoetida until fully dissolved, then add frankincense, myrrh, and musk, stirring until well mixed. Pour the hot mixture into a porcelain jar. When needed, dissolve in hot water. For abdominal masses, spread the paste on red satin and apply to the affected area; for other ailments, use silk gauze; for swelling, apply directly to the affected area; for male nocturnal emissions and female leucorrhea, apply to the dantian; for various types of paralysis, apply to the kidney acupoint.
