120 gm of Gypsum Fibrosum (finely ground into powder), 4 gm of Indigo Naturalis (ground), 7.5 gm of Mirabilite (finely ground), 3 gm of Borax (finely ground), 7.5 gm of Borneol (finely ground).

Grind the above five ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Use 0.8 to 1.5 grams each time, after meals and before sleep, by applying it dry to the throat.
