180 gm of Chinese chive seeds (stir-fried), 120 gm of deer antler (butter-roasted), Cistanche (soaked in wine), Achyranthes (soaked in wine), 60 gm each of Rehmannia and Angelica, 45 gm each of Morinda (de-cored) and Cuscuta (soaked in wine), 30 gm each of Eucommia (peeled, filed, prepared stir-fried until threads break), Dendrobium (with sprouts removed), Cinnamon bark, and dried ginger (prepared).

Grind the above ingredients into powder, mix with wine, and make into pills as big as a phoenix tree seed. Take 50 to 100 pills each time, administered with salt water or warm wine before meals.
