Grind the above ingredients into powder and mix well, then add 0.3 grams of musk and grind together. Store in a porcelain bottle and seal tightly. Take 0.9 grams per dose, or 1.5 to 1.8 grams for stronger individuals. Do not eat dinner before taking, and ensure a good sleep before administration. Drink as much wine as desired. After taking, avoid wind, and slight sweating is essential. For weaker individuals, administer once every five days; for stronger individuals, administer once every three days.
