First, decoct Prunella vulgaris with 750 ml of water until reduced to 500 ml, then filter. Combine with the other herbs and decoct again until reduced to 400 ml. Take after meals. Then, decoct the leftover herbs together with the Prunella vulgaris residue until reduced to 300–350 ml. Before sleep, add an appropriate amount of wine and administer together. It is advisable to consume bland foods.
