Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix them evenly. Add cold boiled water drop by drop and pound into pills, making 15 pills from every 30 grams. Take 2 pills each time, ground and taken with warm wine. For difficult childbirth with abnormal fetal movement and abdominal pain, grind and take with warm wine and child's urine. For postpartum dizziness, blood stasis attacking the heart, lockjaw, stiff tongue, or incomplete lochia with thirst and facial swelling, grind and take with decoction of dark plum and child's urine. For postpartum weakness and debility where other medicines fail to act quickly, grind and take with child's urine. For young women with irregular menstruation, take half a pill each time, ground and taken with warm wine, without regard to time.
