bubble_chart Composition Areca Nut 210 gm (soaked in child's urine, cut) Maoshan Atractylodes (peeled, soaked in rice water, stir-fried with sesame oil) Ginseng, Poria 90 gm each Thick Phellodendron Bark 90 gm (prepared with child's urine, breast milk, and salt water, 30 gm each) Deer Antler (large) 1 pair (roasted with butter) Star Anise (seeds removed) 30 gm Epimedium (thorns removed, stir-fried with sheep fat) Alisma, Cnidium (wine-fried) White Lotus Stamen (washed with wine) Aquilaria (separately ground into powder, avoid fire) Schisandra 30 gm each Golden Bell Fruit (i.e., Sichuan Chinaberry, boiled with wine, peeled and pitted) 90 gm Phoenix Eye Grass 30 gm (i.e., leaves of the Ailanthus tree, containing one seed shaped like a phoenix eye, hence the name. If unavailable, substitute with Ailanthus root bark.)

Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with fine yam powder to form a paste and make into pills. Take 9-12 grams with light salt water before meals, and take another 6 grams with warm wine before sleep.
