Ginseng as appropriate, Angelica, Eucommia, Peony, each 6 gm, Rehmannia 6-9 gm, Atractylodes 4.5 gm, roasted Licorice 3 gm, Tangerine peel 2.1 gm, not necessary if there is no stagnation.

Use 400 ml of water, decoct until reduced to 280 ml, administer between meals, either every other day or every two to three days, and take one or two doses regularly.

For cases of frequent seminal emission due to unconsolidated lower origin, add Chinese Yam, Psoralea, and Schisandra Fruit. For severe qi deficiency, double the dosage of White Atractylodes Rhizome and add Astragalus Root. For deficiency accompanied by cold and frequent vomiting, add 2-6 grams of Blast-Fried Ginger. For deficiency accompanied by heat, add 4.5 grams of Skullcap Root or 6 grams of Unprocessed Rehmannia Root, and remove Eucommia Bark. For yin deficiency with lower abdominal pain, add 6 grams of Barbary Wolfberry Fruit. For excessive anger and qi counterflow, add Cyperus or Villous Amomum Fruit. For cases where blood is disturbed due to external triggers, add 3-6 grams each of Dipsacus and Donkey-hide Gelatin.
