The above 1 ingredient, finely filed, stir-fried over low heat until charred, then ground into powder. Take 250 gm of dried Rehmannia root, washed clean, placed in a bowl, steamed until soft, then finely ground. Mix with Atractylodes powder, and pound together one to two thousand times. If too hard, add a small amount of good wine, mix well, and pound again. Form into pills by hand, as big as a phoenix tree seed, and bake until dry. Take 15-20 pills each time, with porridge before meals.
