Grind the above 18 ingredients into fine powder, separately grind peach kernels into a paste, then mix the paste with the fine powder and grind them together. Soak in hot water to make pills with steamed bread, each pill as big as a phoenix tree seed. Take 30 to 50 pills each time, swallowed with plain boiled water.
