60 gm of Peng E Zhu (filed, soaked in vinegar, three days in winter, one day in summer, the two ingredients used without peeled Ba Dou)
30 gm each of Mu Xiang, Zhi Ke (stir-fried with bran, pith removed), Qing Pi (soaked in hot water, white part removed), Chuan Hui Xiang (lightly stir-fried), and Bing Lang (filed).
