bubble_chart Composition

Pinellia (white, washed with water, used raw) 210 gm, Sichuan aconite (de-naveled and de-skinned, used raw) 15 gm, Arisaema (used raw) 90 gm, Typhonium (used raw) 60 gm.

bubble_chart Preparation and Dosage

Crush the above ingredients into a fine powder, place them in a raw silk bag, and rinse with well water. For any remaining residue, knead by hand to extract more; if there are still impurities, grind again, and continue rinsing in the silk bag until completely extracted. Place in a porcelain basin, dry in the sun during the day, and expose to dew at night until dawn. Discard the water, then stir with fresh well water and dry again. Repeat this process the next morning, replacing with new water and stirring. Continue this for five days in spring, three days in summer, seven days in autumn, and ten days in winter. After removing the water and drying, wait until it resembles jade flakes, then crush and grind. Use glutinous rice flour to make a thin porridge and form into pills the size of mung beans. Initially take 5 pills, increasing to 15 pills, and administer with ginger soup at any time. For paralysis or wind-related conditions, take 20 pills with warm wine, three times a day. After three days, bathing should induce sweating and promote flexibility. After three to five days, yawning is a sign of effectiveness. Regular use of about 10 pills will prevent wind-phlegm blockages. For children with convulsions, administer 2-3 pills with mint soup.
