bubble_chart Composition

Raw chicken gizzard lining (remove all impurities, grind finely) 15 gm, raw Atractylodes macrocephala (adjust dosage as needed), fresh Imperata cylindrica root 60 gm (finely filed).

bubble_chart Preparation and Dosage

First, decoct 450 ml of Imperatae Rhizoma soup (do not over-decoct; boil once or twice, then simmer over low heat until the rhizomes sink to the bottom. The soup should be taken two to three times a day). It is advisable to reduce 3 grams of Gallus gallus domesticus endothelium and add 3 grams of raw Atractylodes macrocephala. After a few days, if the bloating subsides but bowel movements remain frequent, reduce another 3 grams of Gallus gallus domesticus endothelium and add 3 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala. After a few more days, if the bloating is significantly reduced but bowel movements are still frequent, reduce another 3 grams of Gallus gallus domesticus endothelium and add 3 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala. Adjust the formula carefully according to the progression of the illness, ensuring that the balance of tonifying and dispersing effects is suitable for the patient's condition, which will naturally lead to recovery. If fresh Imperatae Rhizoma is unavailable, 30 grams of dried Imperatae Rhizoma can be used as a substitute, and ginger should be omitted. The decocted Imperatae Rhizoma soup should be consumed on the same day. If there is any leftover after decoction, it can be warmed and consumed as tea.
