Cornus officinalis, Glycyrrhiza uralensis (roasted), Cinnamomum cassia, each 30 gm; Asarum sieboldii (removed sprouts), Poria cocos, Prunus persica (stir-fried with bran, peeled, and tips removed), Platycladus orientalis, Saposhnikovia divaricata, each 60 gm; Aconitum carmichaelii (prepared, de-naveled, and de-skinned), 15 gm.

Take the above ingredients, grind them into powder. Each dose is 12 grams, add 225 ml of water, 5 slices of ginger, and 3 jujubes, decoct until reduced to 160 ml, remove the dregs, and take before meals.
