Take 15 grams of the above ingredients, finely chewed. Boil with 300 ml of water and 25 pieces of lampwick until reduced to 240 ml. Remove the dregs and take before meals. For severe cases, take 180 grams, add 60 grams of de-cored Ophiopogon japonicus and a large handful of lampwick. Boil in 2 shēng of water in a clay pot until reduced to 500 ml, then transfer to a small pot and boil until reduced to 200 ml. Take before meals at dawn. Boil the dregs again and take.
