For qi deficiency, reduce Lindera; for nausea and vomiting, add 3-6 grams of charred ginger; for severe pudendal coldness, add Aconite Lateral Root; for qi stagnation with pain and distension, add 3-6 grams of Cyperus or 2.1-2.4 grams of Aucklandia Root; for blood stagnation and blood stasis, add 3-6 grams of wine-fried Carthamus; for cold lower abdomen with severe pain, add 2.1-2.4 grams of Evodia Fruit; for constipation, add 3-9 grams of Desertliving Cistanche, or substitute with hawthorn fruit for mild cases.
