Soak the above ingredients in oil. In winter, soak for five days; in summer, for three days; and in spring and autumn, for four days. Then, place them in a copper pot and heat over mulberry wood fire, starting with a gentle flame and then increasing to a strong one, until the ingredients are thoroughly dried. Remove the dregs, then add 750 grams of yellow lead, stir-fried until it turns purple, and water-processed. Mix this into the oil using branches of peach, willow, mulberry, apricot, and locust trees, stirring continuously by hand until the mixture forms droplets like pearls. When ready, spread it into a plaster and apply to the affected area, changing it three times a day. Upon application, the toxic fluids will be drawn out; unbroken sores will dissipate, and broken ones will heal.
