Plantain seeds, Qu Mai, Bian Xu (also known as Di Bian Zhu), Talc, Gardenia seeds, Roasted Licorice, Mu Tong, and Da Huang (wrapped in flour, simmered, flour removed, cut, and baked), each 500 gm.
