- If there is severe irritability, heat, and constipation, add 6-9 grams of Gypsum;

- If fire is floating upwards, add 3-6 grams of Alisma, or 3 grams of Skullcap Root;
- If there is blood dryness and blood deficiency, add 3-6 grams of Chinese Angelica.
