Cuscuta (soaked in wine until softened, ground while wet, baked dry, and powdered) 300 gm, Schisandra (soaked in wine, separately ground into powder) 210 gm, Poria cocos, dried lotus seeds, each 90 gm.

Grind the above ingredients into powder, excluding the dried yam powder (180 gm). Add more wine to the remaining wine in which the dodder seeds and schisandra berries were soaked, and cook until it forms a paste. Mix well and pound thousands of times to form pills as big as a phoenix tree seed. Take 50 pills each time, swallowed with rice soup before meals.
